Since when stopping of sales giving anyone “moral and legal” rights to steal? Are you suggesting that everywhere where
you can see sign “Not for Sale” this is giving for you the “moral and legal right” to steal?

No, I suggest that if you find a “discarded” thing you can pick it up without stealing anything.
So, when I download a trial version of a software and I try to activate it with the legal procedure, but the server didn’t respond because the service is discontinued, I think I’m authorized to find an alternative way for using this software.
I don’t know the whole story with Nokia (but I experienced similar things with big telco and I think this is pretty similar), but since them “asked” to stop developing the software, the existence of this software becomes illegal itself and I think (but I’m not a legal) the license for an illegal thing is not valid anymore.
So I think that if people decide to share their personal copy of the program, they are free to do it (and if I had bought a license, I would have asked for my money back).
It’s obviously that with software legally sold, I have never suggested to download it from P2P, and if you search on my blog you don’t find any similar suggestion.
